British Council Pakistan is looking for reliable, capable partner to help us engage with candidates, customers & stake holders.<br /><br />SMS has been one of our key features in engaging with wide variety of people. The Tele-density (Mobile usage) in Pakistan has reached more than 69% and it is constantly on rise. Hence the use of Short messaging service (SMS) mode is a reliable, fast and cost effective tool.<br />This enables us to plan and communicate with external stake holders, candidates, partners and customers from all walks of life in an easy and reliable manner, while keeping the Information Knowledge Management (IKM) framework complaint. <br />The scope encompasses both Push service (Bulk Messages sent from portal to thousands of customers within minutes) and Pull service (People can communicate & engage with us by sending message to short code at published numbers).<br /><br />For Details please refer to Clause no 7 - Specification of the ITT - ER31Exams62024 - Acquiring Push and Pull Short Messaging document. <br /><br />The Contract awarded will be for a duration of 36 months with an option for an extension for up to an additional 12 months on performance basis.
