The Access PeopleXD Analytics tool (Makodata) is an add-in (based in Tableau) which includes 91 pre-built reports based on the standard approach to using PeopleXD, the current HR system.A substantial proportion of these reports have been deemed to be of use to various HR service users within the University. The tool also comes with 8 dashboards which cover the following topics:• Workforce profiling• Joiners, leavers & turnover• Absence & sickness• Gender pays gap• Ethnicity pay gap• Retirement• Payroll• RecruitmentEach of these will contain specific measures such as time to hire, vacant positions, absence oversight etc. which will provide local managers and senior managers with an easy to access overview of their areas of responsibility.
