Tender description

The Trust requires a number of Suppliers to enter into a Contract for the Provision of Funerals, and the Collection, Transportation and Storage of the Deceased from Community Hospital (only). The Contract will be awarded for 5 years, with the option to extend for two 12-month periods. The Trust co-ordinates and pays for Funeral arrangements for deceased Adult patients who have no relatives to pay the cost of the funeral. The Community Hospitals involved in this tender are: 1 Brixham Hospital, Greenswood Road, Brixham TQ5 9HW 2 Dawlish Hospital, Barton Terrace, Dawlish EX7 9QH 3 Newton Abbot Hospital, West Goulds Road, Newton Abbot TQ12 2TS 4 Totnes Hospital, Coronation Road, Totnes TQ9 5GH
