Global objective <br />The overall objective of this mission is to augment the technical staff of the Supreme Court of the Philippines Management Information Systems Office (SC-MISO) with a team of Outsystems platform software professionals with the aim of further developing eCourts PH.<br /><br />Specific objective(s)<br />Specifically, this non-key expert mission is expected to achieve the following objective:<br />• To support the development of additional necessary microservices for the Supreme Court portion of the eCourts PH.<br />• To support the modification of eCourts PH to apply to lower courts and to develop other necessary microservices.<br />• To support the development of other related modules or applications required by the SC-MISO,<br />• To mentor key personnel of the SC-MISO.<br /><br />The Service Contractor shall deploy a team of Outsystems software development professionals to the Supreme Court Management Information System Office (SC-MISO) for six (6) months to supplement the SC-MISO technical staff to develop various modules and services for the eCourts PH application system.<br />The scope of work of the Service Contractor shall include the support for the following activities, among others: <br /><br />• Participate in the kick-off meeting with the Technical Assistance Team (TAT) and with the SC-MISO<br />• With supervision from the SC-MISO, develop the relevant microservices for the eCourts PH, as well as other applications requested by the SC-MISO.<br />• Ensure the turnover of software codes, documentations, and related project artifacts to the SC-MISO and conduct relevant trainings for SC-MISO personnel.<br />• Develop various APIs necessary as determined by SC-MISO.<br />• Develop a mentoring plan for agreed topics with SC-MISO.<br />• Present the output and findings to the TAT and to the relevant officials of the Supreme Court.<br /><br />The SC-MISO is currently using the agile software development approach in developing the eCourts PH. Thus, the Service Contractor is expected to adopt this approach as well. The development of abovementioned microservices shall be iterative, incremental, and evolutionary.<br />The microservices developed shall be modifiable so that they can be re-used by the other courts.<br />
