Tender description

New build of sports pavilion and changing rooms. Subsequent demolition of adjacent existing pavilion. Lot 1: Provide new sports pavilion structure to include shower, toilet and changing room facilities, central meeting room, studio, bar and kitchen areas. On completion of the above, demolish and dispose of existing pavilion.
