The Royal Parks Catering Consultant/s - Early Market Engagement

The Royal Parks (TRP) are inviting suppliers to respond to our EME Questionnaire, found as per the link attached to this notice. TRP are undertaking this early market engagement exercise to gain information from the market to help inform us of establish levels of interest in the opportunity, gather information and test the feasibility of our needs against what is available in the market. This will allow TRP to discuss the outcomes needed and obtain feedback on our requirements to plan the optimal approach-to-market strategy. TRP’s is planning to tender an opportunity for a Catering Consultant/s to work in partnership with The Royal Parks to support the performance of the Catering provision through public sector tender opportunities using Concessions Contract Regulations (CCR2016) (and as per Procurement Act 2023 when it takes effect October 2024). *Note: the tender for this over all opportunity will be using PCR2015. Lot 1: TRP are undertaking this pre-market engagement exercise to establish levels of interest in the opportunity, gather information and test the feasibility of our needs against what is available in the market. This will allow TRP to obtain feedback on our requirements and plan the optimal approach-to-market strategy. Additional information: TRP are considering tendering approaches with one of these being the development of a Framework with 3 Lots and the other a Single Contract with 1 supplier. For the purposes of this PIN we have advertised our EME as a Single Supplier Contract. On review of this EME, we may reissue the opportunity as a Framework.
