Tender description

This project is to Identify/create effective messaging to influence driver behaviour to reduce cyclist injury collisions involving drivers as the blameworthy party. Identify recommendations for targeting delivery.\r \r Evaluation of an existing cycling road safety measure - Look Out for Cyclists (LOFC) signage at cycle collision cluster sites. Additionally, make recommendations to achieve the aim of reducing cycle collisions.\r \r These two threads are separate but also connected by the fact that the LOFC behaviour change project is a pilot scheme. Therefore, messaging can be changed and also used for new cycle collision locations.
