Tender description

The Council wishes to establish a single provider contract for the provision of Banes Travel Support Services - A minimum of 10 young people per annum successfully travelling independently every year, in support of moving to their next post-16 on their Pathways to Adulthood. Addressing independence for young people with SEN, Local First by enabling them to travel to their local college of choice, VFM by reducing reliance on taxi travel and climate emergency by encouraging use of public transport. This is a services Contract being procured using a one stage below threshold process. These services fall under the Light Touch Regime.
