Tender description

Lifeguard provision for beaches throughout Teignbridge District Council. RPI increases included as well as a 2.5% increase each year. After running a soft market test, Teignbridge District Council have discovered that RNLI are the only service provider who can provide this hence why we are creating this VEAT notice.
