Tender description

British Council runs a wide range of programmes across Rwanda and requires creative and informed graphic design for its programmes for a range of products including teaching and learning resources, branded merchandise, posters, banners, report design, graphic images, infographics, leaflets, and presentations.<br /><br />This request for proposal aims to build a pool of associates with expertise to carry out professional services in graphic design, mainly for printed products, when demands arise from British Council projects to support the delivery of learning products and marketing and communication requirements for programmes across Rwanda and sometimes in the region.<br /><br />These engagements will vary in nature from small orders taking less than a day’s time, to longer term orders which may span many days within a longer period. Please note, we are unable to guarantee the frequency or volume of activity awarded to associates within the pool over the 24-month duration of the contract.<br />
