Tender description
Cambridgeshire County Council required the design and delivery of an evaluation to support the effective delivery of falls prevention services and interventions to better meet the needs of older adults and improve their quality of life and health outcomes. 1.2 The Provider will undertake work on three distinct projects: Project 1: A patient perspective of the local community falls prevention pathway Project 2: A General Practitioner perspective of the GP Practice/PCN role in falls prevention and the local community falls prevention pathway Project 3: An older adult perspective towards engaging in strength and balance exercise in later life.
