External Organisation to Devise and Deliver a Programme of Activity to Increase the Accessibility of Cultural Events and Venues

West Yorkshire Combined Authority (the CA) would like to deliver an Accessibility scheme to increase the accessibility of venues and cultural events to disabled artists and audiences. The CA wishes to engage an organisation to devise and deliver a programme of activity to increase the accessibility of cultural events and venues for disabled artists and audiences across West Yorkshire. We would anticipate that this would be a disabled-led organisation, or an organisation who commissions, funds and promotes disabled-led work and/or works with disabled artists due to the nature of the requirements and the experience required to ensure this project is delivered successfully, but any organisation is able to bid.
