Tender description

NPWS requires data on the numbers and distributions of marine birds off the northwest coast of Donegal between Rossan Point and Balbane Head. Records of marine mammals are also to be collected and reported out on. The seaward extent of the survey area extends to at least 30km off the coast of Tory Island. The map (see below) sets out the indicative area of interest that is to be the focus of the series of surveys. The area to be surveyed is approximately 6,500km2.
