Pre-Procurement Market Engagement<br /><br />Dacorum Borough Council (DBC) is currently undertaking a commissioning review to determine future delivery options for the Parking Service.<br /><br />The focus of the commissioning review is to establish the potential benefits and value for money that the introduction of ‘smart’ parking technology can deliver, along with a review of options on how to align the provision of parking enforcement, including potential insourcing, route to market and the recommended approach. <br /><br />To participate in this pre-procurement market engagement, organisations must submit their completed Supplier Questionnaire Document, together with any supporting documents, through the In-Tend system by the return deadline of 12 noon on 15/02/2024.<br /><br />Supplier must register to download the questionnaire, and all Supplier Questionnaires and correspondence must be submitted via the Councils e-tendering portal: https://in-tendhost.co.uk/supplyhertfordshire/aspx/Home <br /><br />
