Dacorum Borough Council Housing Estates Review<br />Review Purpose:<br />To review the Council’s housing estate portfolio, and determine the most appropriate regeneration opportunities in order to support the development of the Council’s Housing Estates Development Strategy. <br /><br />Desired Outcomes: <br />A review to inform the development of a Housing Estates Strategy which will make the most effective use of Dacorum’s Housing Revenue Account (HRA) assets; while supporting housing delivery, place-making and, economic growth.<br /><br />Tender Documents can be download from the Supply Hertfordshire portal. Correspondence must be submitted via the Councils e-tendering portal <br />https://in-tendhost.co.uk/supplyhertfordshire/aspx/Home <br /><br />Please submit your completed tender document via the Council’s e-tendering portal no later than 12 noon 19 February 2024. Any tender submitted either manually or by email will not be accepted. <br />
