Tender description

CPI is looking to appoint several suitably experienced Contractors to a Framework for the Provision of Behavioural Coaching and Executive Coaching. The behavioural coaching is expected to include coaching in the following areas but not limited to: Line Manager Capability Personal Growth & Behaviour Performance Management Leadership The executive coaching element is expected to include coaching in the following areas but not limited to: Situational Coaching Understanding the impact of wider economic and social factors Business Acumen Strategy planning and implementation Lot 1: Behavioural Coaching Contractor must be able to provide coaching in the following areas: Line Manager Capabilities – Including Managing Change in a Team, Organisational Design at a Team Level, Driving Culture, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Conflict Management and Stakeholder Management. Personal Growth & Behaviour – Including Career Progression in and out of current role, Culture, Personal Values and motivations, communication and learning styles, Self-Awareness, Emotional Intelligence, Goal Setting, understanding yourself and others and Behavioural Change. Performance Management – Including Behavioural Change, Emotional Intelligence, Knowledge Development, Empowerment, Understanding Strengths and Weaknesses, and personal development planning. Leadership – Including Strategic Development, Succession Management, Talent Management and mapping, Influencing Stakeholders, Skills gap analysis, Organisational Design, Business Performance and Effective Decision Making. Lot 2: Executive Coaching Contractor must be able to provide coaching in the following areas: Situational and behavioural Coaching Equality, diversity, and inclusion Understanding of wider Economic and Environmental factors that could impact organisations Business Acumen Organisational Design Organisational behaviour Strategy Development Creating a Strong Vision Critical Challenge and understanding risk
