Adult Advocacy Services Health and Social Care Moray are reviewing their Adult Advocacy provision in Moray. We want to meet with providers of advocacy to look at best practice for this statutory service within a defined financial envelope. This includes thinking of innovative solutions to complex issues. If you are interested in contributing to the discussion on the design for the Adult Advocacy Service in Moray and have experience of innovative solutions to delivering outcomes for people, then please express an interest by 2nd February 2024 to commissioning@moray.gov.uk and we will contact you with a date and time to meet with us on Microsoft TEAMS. This meeting is tentatively planned to be held on 12th February 2024. This notice is an information gathering exercise rather than a call for competition in its own right, and therefore publication or response does not commit the Authority or respondents to a future procurement, nor provide any process exemptions or preferential treatment to any parties expressing an interest. The Authority will not be liable for costs incurred by any interested party in participating in this exercise. Interested parties should note that a response to this notice does not guarantee an automatic invitation to any subsequent formal procurement, which the commissioners will consider in due course.
