Supply, Installation and Maintenance of Fire Doors

Longhurst Group is developing a tender for its group wide Supply, Installation and maintenance of Fire Doors with the intention to put new contracts in place for 1st April 2025. Consequently, this Prior Information Notice (PIN) offers the opportunity to potential suppliers to express an interest in supplying: • Fire Doors, potentially including; o Fire Door Sets o Glazed fan lights o Glazed side screens o Security doors o Communal non-fire doors o Automated doors o Maintenance of existing fire door stock To assist this work, we would like to engage with representatives from interested organisations to seek and gather views regarding the specification and procurement approach. This will take place through interested organisations completing a Soft Market Testing Questionnaire and then potentially a subsequent supplier day. Information gathered from this early engagement will inform the procurement approach and service specification.
