BC Education India Private Limited (’BCE’) is a subsidiary of the British Council, United Kingdom, providing secure Pen and Paper (P&P) and Computer based testing (CBT) examinations service for a wide range of UK qualifications in India including its own assessments. Our vision is that BCE will be recognised by test takers and stakeholders as the most trustworthy, secure and customer-friendly provider, of a range of innovative international examinations services in India, creating highly valued life and career opportunities; and offering unrivalled solutions, delivery mechanisms and wraparounds. In order to achieve this vision, several phased changes in how we deliver our services, are being introduced.<br /><br />CBT are BCE’s key exam products, which include Distribution Exams like MRCP, TESTAS, CIOT, RCPCH, UKISET among others, which held across India in various cities. Through this tender, we require a suitable CBT centre in India across all the cities to conduct the above-mentioned exams. For further information, please refer to the specification and detailed requirements in Annex 3A, 3B & 3C. <br /><br />The purpose and scope of this RFP and supporting documents is to explain in further detail the requirements of the British Council and the process for submitting a proposal in response to this RFP (“Proposal”). <br />
