Tender description

An asset management system to facilitate bookings and payments, tracking and access to data as well as management information. The department recently completed some development work within this contract to allow the public to automatically receive booking confirmation, choices form and to allow the user to create their own account and pay for the ceremony. A significant amount of development has been completed with this software and freed up staff resources and created a more streamlined system across the offices so the previous contract has been renewed to ensure continuity of services.
