Provision of Procurement Consultancy Services

Tender description

The Contracting Authority proposes to engage in a competitive process for the award of a contract for procurement consultancy services incorporating the (a) development, design and delivery of an innovative and comprehensive inhouse procurement training programme tailored to the needs of the organisation and (b) procurement advisory services. The EPA is committed to enhancing the procurement knowledge and skills its staff. To achieve this the EPA proposes proposes to engage in a competitive process for the award of a contract for procurement consultancy services with emphasis on the development, design and delivery of an innovative and comprehensive inhouse procurement training programme tailored to the needs of the organisation and the provision of procurement advisory services where the need arises.
