University of Limerick require an all-in-one small angle X-ray scattering (SAXS), wide angle X-ray scattering (WAXS) and grazing incidence small angle X-ray scattering (GISAXS) system that includes the following: • A SAXS/WAXS/GISAXS system • Preventive maintenance • X-Ray source and optics • Detector • System accessories • Battery test cell compatible with lithium–sulfur, lithium-ion and sodium-ion battery chemistries • Temperature-controlled sample stage • Flow cell • GISAXS stage
