Please note this is not a call for competition, this is a Prior Information Notice only Manufacture and supply of various types of glazing including occasional emergency repair / make safe We are looking to potentially divide the contract into 4 regional lots - Cornwall, Devon, Somerset and West of England Please see attached short questionnaire which will help us develop and shape the tender in line with what the market is telling us Lot 1: LiveWest are looking for organisations who can provide all of the services below within the region SUPPLY ONLY of various types of glazing including but not limited to single, double and triple glazed, Georgian wire, polished and obscure, safety glass (laminated, toughened), fire rated glass (Pyro shield), energy rated glass and decorative glass SUPPLY & FIT - requirement for end to end to be completed within 28 days of receipt of order MEASURING FACILITY - obscure or non-standard units to be measured by successful supplier EMERGENCY REPAIRS Also to include very occasional emergency repair service - 4 hour response time for making safe - 24/7 coverage across the region STORAGE - ability to store orders until appointment booked to install / replace
