Positive behaviour support to those children and young people with a learning disability and/or autism who are identified as being at risk of breakdown in the family home/community (including school exclusion) due to escalating behaviours of concern, or those in a hospital setting that require intensive wraparound support on discharge. Nottingham and Nottinghamshire are intending to award a contract to an existing provider following direct award process C. The approximate lifetime value of the contract is £938,620 The dates between which the services are intended to be provided are 1 September 2024 until 31 August 2026.
