***THIS IS AN AWARD NOTICE TO CONCLUDE THE PRE-COMMERCIAL PROCUREMENT OF THE COMPETITION DETAILED BELOW. THIS IS NOT A NEW COMPETITION. THE COMPETITION WAS ADVERTISED AND ADMINISTERED BY INNOVATE UK THE CONTRACTS HAVE BEEN AWARDED.*** This is a Small Business Research Initiative (SBRI) competition funded by the Chief Science Office (CSO) for a Phase 2 R&D contracts to develop disruptive innovative solutions focusing on medicines and developing innovative new tools for use in clinical practice supporting people at risk of dementia to manage their medications. The total value of the procurement including VAT is GBP 150,000. ***THIS IS AN AWARD NOTICE TO CONCLUDE THE PRE-COMMERCIAL PROCUREMENT OF THE COMPETITION DETAILED BELOW. THIS IS NOT A NEW COMPETITION. THE COMPETITION WAS ADVERTISED AND ADMINISTERED BY INNOVATE UK AND THE CONTRACT HAS BEEN AWARDED.*** The Contracts are between NHS Golden Jubilee and winning participants, Phase 2 projects range in size up to total costs of 80,000, inclusive of VAT. The aim of this award is to develop disruptive innovative solutions focusing on medicines and developing innovative new tools for use in clinical practice supporting people at risk of dementia to manage their medications. Any adoption and implementation of a solution from this competition would be subject to a separate, possibly competitive, procurement exercise. This competition does not cover the purchase of any solution. The Contracts has be given to successful applicants.
