Tender description

This is the procurement activity for the award of a contract to replace a current contact expiring on 1st March 2025. The expectation is that the contract will be for the provision of a Renal Managed service. Under the current contract there is a dedicated Norwich Kidney centre, and satellite operation. It is expected that the requirements of the new contract will be very similar. Options for procurement route are currently being explored. Activity through the current contract has increased over the six year term, and therefore the value for the new contract has been re-calculated. The Operations team have taken time to ensure that the specification for the service is correct shortening the time available for the procurement activity. Included in the scope of the contract is the maintaining of the property, facilities, and specialist medical equipment to deliver the service, as well as the ordering and stock control of all associated consumables.
