Tender description

Aims and objectives We are requesting ICF to analyse the internal (count: 4) and external stakeholder survey results, review the literature and the existing evidence and make conclusions and recommendations. If time/budget allows an optional package of 3 x 1 hour workshops with stakeholders on the PIR questions would be desired in late-July. Following receipt of this work Defra will carry out a policy review and publish a report setting out the Government's next steps.
