Quantity Surveying, Contract Administration, Principal Designer and Procurement Advisor Services

Tender description

The Association intend to appoint a suitably qualified supplier to provide Procurement Services and act as Quantity Surveyor, Contract Administrator, Employers Agent and Principal Designer to assist the Association in the delivery of Planned and Reactive Maintenance Contracts for a period of three years. There is an option to extend this contract for a maximum of two further years subject to satisfactory performance. Lot 1: The Association intend to appoint a suitably qualified supplier to provide Procurement Services and act as Quantity Surveyor, Contract Administrator, Employers Agent and Principal Designer to assist the Association in the delivery of Planned and Reactive Maintenance Contracts.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
