East Suffolk Council's Procurement Team is inviting suppliers to come and meet the buyers! Supported by the Suffolk Chamber of Commerce, our Procurement Team are holding a ‘meet the buyer’ event on Thursday 22 August at our Lowestoft offices. The team are looking forward to engaging with suppliers about the Council’s procurement pipeline, social value, new regulations which will impact on public sector procurement, tendering hints and tips, sustainability and the Council’s new procurement strategy.There will be two sessions, taking place at 10-12.30pm and 1pm-3.30pm. Suppliers are invited to attend one session. To confirm your attendance and receive the full details for the day please email procurement@eastsuffolk.gov.ukPlease note there is a maximum attendance of 70 people per session and places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
