Tender description

Direct Award to QA Ltd under regulation Reg. 32. (2) (c): "....extreme urgency brought about by events unforeseeable by the contracting authority, the time limits for the open or restricted procedures or competitive procedures with negotiation cannot be complied with." Workforce plans for 22 apprenitces are reliant on the provision of the following apprenitceships: Data Analyst (Level 4) x 2; Business Analyst (Level 4) x 12; Project Management (Level 6) x 8. For each apprenticeship standard it will be a single cohort intake, a one-off contract to enrol by May 2024 and continue with the commitment to deliver the full programme(s) until End Point Assessment is completed. Mis-management of the Cross Government contract has negatively impacted HMRCs workforce plans. This award will resolve this issue.
