Consultancy Services to procure Senior Project Manager, EU for Civil Society in Libya (Linataawan) Phase 2

Tender description

The British Council is looking to contract one consultant to be the Senior Project Manager, EU for Civil Society in Libya (Linataawan) Phase 2 as per the Terms of Reference listed under Section 7. Specification of this RFP.<br />Linataawan phase 1 project started in 2019, it was a four-year project co-funded by the European Union (EU) and delivered by the British Council, ACTED and CILG-VNG. The project aimed at Strengthening democratic governance, accountability, and local development in Libya by empowering civil society actors to participate in decision-making processes.<br /><br />Linataawan phase 2 project is planned to start in the summer of 2024, as a continuation of phase 1 with similar overall aim, and for 24 months. <br />
