This Pre-Market Engagement exercise is to seek the market’s views on the proposed scope of services, the capacity of the market to supply these services, and the level of interest in this proposed procurement activity. Lot 1: Network Rail seeks a Fleet Management Company to manage its fleet of vehicles, including vehicle leasing, service, repair and maintenance abilities and end to end vehicle management (including specification, order, disposal, breakdown, glass, as well as a number of admin and financial services). Short-term vehicle hire will also be included within the new contract. This purpose of this pre-market engagement exercise is to seek the market’s views on the proposed scope of services, the capacity of the market to supply these services, and the level of interest in this proposed procurement activity.
