Tender description

British Council is soliciting proposals to develop a communications campaign for the English as a Subject for Teachers and Educators (EaSTE) project in Punjab, Pakistan. The supplier must be an organization with prior experience of media and communication for or in collaboration with social impact organizations with focus on education related projects.<br /><br />The supplier will be expected to work with the British Council’s EaSTE team and Marketing and Communications team to create this campaign with the goal of highlighting the journey of the project and the linkages of achieving (Sustainable Development Goals) SDG 4.<br /><br />The campaign must also build recognition for the wider English Language Teaching (ELT) programme and the importance of language in education. The supplier must have a strong media outreach and digital outreach track. The content created in this project are cascaded to a global network of audiences including the local and overseas stakeholders of internal and public domain.<br /><br />Agreement will be signed for 6 months with an option for an extension for up to an additional 3 months based on performance.
