Tender description

The Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC) as the contracting authority is planning to re-tender for a national Framework for the supply of legal services to a range of public bodies including the GLA functional bodies, Police Forces, Police Authorities. The scope of the National Legal Services Framework Agreement will be to provide legal advice and assistance across the following lots: Lot 1A - Procurement, Contract and Commercial, Governance - complex projects and disputes Lot 1B - Procurement, Contract and Commercial, Governance - business as usual Lot 2 - Civil Litigation and Personal Injury Lot 3 - Employment Lot 4A - Property (including Commercial, Residential Property & PFI) - complex Lot 4B - Property (including Commercial, Residential Property & PFI) - business as usual MPS Procurement Approach The procurement will be undertaken via the restricted procedure, in line with the Public Contract Regulations 2015, and be in place when the current framework expires on April 30th 2025.
