Kingston upon Hull City Council is advertising an opportunity from the Council’s Engineering and Professional Services Framework using the Direct award via rotation with Lot 2 Highways and Civil Engineering to undertake the investigation and design services for Drypool Bridge strengthening and repair works as more particularly defined in the Scope.
