The Authority wish to appoint a supplier who will be expected to provide a service that offers the best possible balance of support and advice. This is in order to help the Authority ensure that the high standards set by treasury management are consistently met and improved. The Authority wish to maximise its future financing opportunities in support of the Treasury Management Strategy and would expect bidders to comply in supporting this. The successful bidder will be required to provide advice on treasury and leasing issues as well as general advice for leased and managed services.
