Tender description

In accordance with best procurement practice, EU and UK Procurement Directives and Regulations, Police Digital Service (Company) is seeking to establish a contract through the Open Procedure (as defined in the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (Regulation 27)), for the provision of Audit Services. The offering will be split into two (2) lots within the Invitation to Tender (ITT), the first being External Audit Services and the second being Internal Audit Services. Suppliers are required to bid on ONE lot only. The Company intend to run the ITT with the following key evaluation stages: • Stage 1 – Quality - Qualification Standard Selection Questionnaire and Written Responses • Stage 2 – Quality - Presentation • Stage 3 – Price - Commercial Evaluation Lot 1: External Audit Services Police Digital Service wish to appoint an External Audit provider to ensure independent oversight of the companies' financial reporting processes. For further information regarding Police Digital Service's requirements please refer to the Statement of Requirements document provided within this notice. Lot 2: Internal Audit Services Police Digital Service wish to appoint an Internal Audit provider to ensure an independent and objective opinion on the control environment, comprising risk management, control and governance by evaluating its effectiveness in achieving the organisational objectives.
