Tender description

The British High Commission (BHC) in New Delhi require the services from a single competent supplier for the Packaged Drinking Water supply. The supplier should work in accordance with the Scope of Service Requirement of the tender. The approximate average monthly consumption is 1300-1400 bottles of 20 litres. BHC requires uninterrupted water supply during the contract period of three years, including the urgent requirements. The delivery of goods will be agreed with selected supplier before signing the contract based on their tender response. The contract will commence from 18th November 2024 and will be valid for 2 years initially. Contract will have a provision of extension for 1 year.
