This tender is to appoint a single service provider to provide a Service and Facility capable of collecting, handling, treatment, recycling and disposal of Street Sweepings in the most efficient and cost- efficient way possible. Lot 1: This tender is to appoint a single service provider to provide and maintain a facility and service capable of managing Street Sweepings collected from within Norfolk.
