Learning Experience Journey System

Tender description

The City of Edinburgh Council are alerting the marketplace, we are reviewing our requirements for our future external service provision for a Learning Experience Journey System for use within our Nurseries, Primary Schools, and Special Schools. Lot 1: The Council estimate we will require support for up to 114 school establishments (that provide education to approximately 39,703 learners) that will utilise a Learning Experience Journey System. The system will be used by educators throughout our schools. The system will also be used outside of school by parents/carers of learners and the learners themselves. A system that can be accessed through apps and/or through an internet browser is essential. It will be an on-going requirement with an anticipated contract lifetime period of 5 years, that is an initial 4 years, with a +1 year extension option. The system/tool solution would be used in nurseries and primary/special schools to document and support assessment of children's learning and development.
