Invitation to Tender for: The Provision of Neighbourhood Support Housing Services Floating Support Contract

Tender description

The service will provide 600 available hours week of support to households that include single people, childless couples, and families with dependent children. This service will be tenure neutral for Bury residents over the age of 18 that are affected by housing problems and/or at are risk of homelessness. The support will be provided to people in their own homes as a preventative measure to reduce risk of homelessness and more costly interventions. Low level support / short term interventions will also be provided in communities, over the phone and online to prevent escalation in need / crises. Floating Support Contract From 1st October 2024 to 30th September 2028 With an option to extend for a further 12 months.
