Tender description
The Housing Capital Unit of Kerry County Council are seeking a fixed price lump sum tender for the provision of Employer’s Representative (ER) Consultancy Services for the proposed development of 89 No. housing units and associated siteworks at Lohercannon, Tralee, Co. Kerry including services stage (iv) and (v). The appointed ER will administer all Employer’s Representative duties in accordance with the Public Works Contract for Building Works Designed by the Contractor (PW-CF2).
