GNI intends to run a competitive procurement process for the provision of Front-end Engineering Design (FEED), Client Engineer, and Engineering Peer Review services for the Strategic Emergency Gas Reserve Please refer to the RFI document for further information. Lot 1: Lot 1: Front-end engineering design Front-end engineering design for the strategic gas reserve facility (the optimum solution to deliver this strategic reserve project will be subject to final approval by Government). In addition to the strategic gas reserve, the scope will include gas treatment, a high-pressure gas pipeline to connect to the existing gas network, and an above ground installation. Lot 2: Lot 2: Client Engineer Client Engineer for the project to oversee FEED and construction contract(s). Scope will run from procurement to construction for the project (including successful commissioning, completion and operation of the project). Lot 3: Lot 3: Engineering Peer Review Engineering Peer Review for the project: peer review of FEED, peer review of contract documentation, peer review of construction contractor's design deliverables, peer review of commissioning and operation plans, etc
