Support contract to facilitate the deployment and ongoing maintenance of SPC Charts and Microsoft Application

Tender description

The NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership, hosted by Velindre NHS Trust are acting on behalf of NHS Executive's Improvement Cymru team who sought to establish a support contract to facilitate the deployment and ongoing maintenance of SPC Charts and Microsoft Application. Lot 1: The support contract allows for a customized Improvement Application, known as QSI Hive which was developed for NHS Executive's Improvement Cymru team in 2023 by the BCN Group. The support contract will cover a portion of development time and provide training for the Improvemnent Cymru team and will enable NHS Executive to deploy the application with robust support, instilling confidence in our users regarding the product. Additionally, there is allocated time for upskilling of staff in the contract ensuring the team gain the necessary experience and knowledge to manage and further develop the product internally beyond the contract period. The contract will run until the 31st March 2025 with up to a one year extension option if required by the Organisation.
