Tender description

The British Council Cultural Engagement Sub Saharan Africa Regional team is seeking mid-level and senior consultants to join its pool of experts in Sub Saharan Africa under a framework agreement contract. The selected candidates will have opportunity to technically input to the portfolio including on specific contracts for the period of the framework. They will also be added to an expert database that will be made available to project teams across the continent.<br />The objective of this pool of consultants is to provide expert technical advisory services to British Council programmes and teams across the project cycle from positioning, scoping, project design, research and contextual analysis, project delivery, business development, in one of several fields outlined below as required. The selected consultants will either be assigned through call-downs directly or if necessary, opportunities may be subjected to a further mini- competition.
