This is a Request for Information (RFI) – The Office of Government Procurement (OGP) intends to run a competitive procurement process for Network Solutions and Associated Services in 2024. This may result in the establishment of a Framework Agreement or contract available for use by Public Sector bodies. As part of this process the OGP wishes to engage with the market to identify suppliers (Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or accredited suppliers) who would be interested in providing goods and services and to gain a clear understanding of market interest, market capabilities, market dynamics, market concerns, appropriate cost models and other relevant factors. Market operators are hereby invited to participate in this market information gathering exercise and provide responses addressing the key objectives of this Request For Information (RFI). Any queries in relation to this Request for Information should be submitted via the messaging facility on the online Government eProcurement portal (www.etenders.gov.ie) on or before 15:00 on Wednesday 26th June 2024. Please note: This is not a public procurement competition. This Request for Information does not constitute an invitation to tender, or any offer to enter into a Framework Agreement and / or contract. This is an information gathering exercise only, seeking the views of service providers on possible approaches that may be taken in a tender process which may be undertaken over the coming months. Such information may be used by the Contracting Authority to inform any specifications and procurement documents drafted in any future procurement competition for the provision of Network Solutions and Associated Services.
