Croydon Council is looking to procure a company to model the size and condition of the borough’s private rented sector. The company will be expected to: <br />o Model London Borough of Croydon’s private rented housing stock using appropriate council and public data.<br />o Analyse conditions of the borough’s private rented sector against key benchmarks the Decent Homes Standard and HHSRS using appropriate council and public data. <br />o Produce a headline report with key findings from the stock model.<br />o Produce a detailed visual report to include comparisons with the regional and national picture and change to the scale, social demographics, and conditions within borough’s private rented sector over time with reference to local enforcement data. <br /><br />This opportunity is available via Croydon Tenders Portal: https://in-tendhost.co.uk/croydontenders/
