Provision of A Housing Related Support Service At Brynmenyn House

Bridgend County Borough Council (the Council) wishes to award a housing related support service based at Brynmenyn House. Brynmenyn House is project owned by the Council and provides 16 units of accommodation to households who are homeless and temporarily accommodated by the Council’s Housing Solutions team. Lot 1: Brynmenyn House is project owned by the Council and provides 16 units of accommodation to households who are homeless and temporarily accommodated by the Council’s Housing Solutions team. A commissioned support Provider staffs the project on a twenty-four hour basis, seven days per week, with waking night staff. Currently the project is exclusively utilised for single persons or couples. The support service is required to assist accommodated households with any housing related issues. The support provided is ‘needs-led’ and aimed to improve the capacity of the Service Users to move on to living independently within the community.
