PP264 Internal and External Decorations

Tender description

Provision of planned internal and external decorations programme. Please register for the event to access full tender documents. The successful bidders will be responsible for carrying Internal and External Decorations works and services as part of our asset investment programme. The Contract will typically deliver the following; • Internal communal areas (all previously decorated only) o Walls, ceilings, doors, lift doors, windows, handrails and any previously decorated areas. • External areas (all previously decorated only) o Car park lining/bays, metal rails, railings, handrails, timber fascia, soffit, gable end boarding, timber cladding, gas/electric meter covers, timber gates, perimeter timber fences, drying area timber fences, bin store doors, estate signage post and rails and any other previously decorated areas.
