PCI_LotA_109 Aldershot-Farnborough Multi-Modal Feasibility Study Phase 2 (feasibility designs, costs and phasing plan)

Tender description

A call-off from Lot A of the Place, Connectivity & Infrastructure Professional Services Framework 2022-2026 (Published 4 March 2022). The study will involve preparing feasibility designs, costings and a phasing strategy for the shortlisted options for the junctions and links identified in the Aldershot to Farnborough Multi-Modal Corridor Phase 1 study work. This will incorporate appropriate bus priority measures that where possible should look to speed up local bus services using the corridor and deliver pedestrian and cycle improvements, plus new LCWIP strategic links that are LTN 1/20 compliant and assessed against the appropriate ATE design tools (CLOS/ JAT, etc). As part of the feasibility study, engagement with a number of key stakeholders including site visits and a face-to-face workshop is required to help to influence and shape the development of feasibility designs for shortlisted options.
